Chef may not be the first brand that comes to mind when you think “range hood”, but they definitely are one of the best. With over 15 years of expertise in high quality systems and professional services, they are a trusted American brand.

They seem to be one of the few brands out there that actually pays attention to the needs of their customers. Every brand designs with the customer in mind, but not all of them truly listen. Chef, seems to listen and make changes to its product line and product manuals to respectively help deliver better products and guide you better.

All their products are either ETL or UL certified and are manufactured using high quality materials. This is what makes them heavy when compared to some other hoods out there. They make sure that their product line is easy to clean and maintain with the end goal of preventing unhealthy buildup in your kitchen. To end my review on this brand, I must add that they offer a 2 year limited warranty on the product parts and a lifetime warranty on their motors. At the time of writing this, they even offer bay area customers a 2 year warranty on both parts and labor.
